Chantrelles!

Old man Moth sits on a fallen mushroom. "Chanterelles!" he shouts out attracting the attention of dragonfly One and Two. "Look, look," he excitedly repeats. " "There is even a white Chanterelle. Oh finally they are coming back. After years of humans picking they depleated the forest I was not so sure they would return and here they are."
"Oh yes," explains One, " the humans are learning that when they leave the roots behind and pick gently the mushrooms do come back."
* Know Your Mushrooms Before Eating Any
Chanterelles are delicious to eat. We do ask though that you take the utmost of care when picking a patch. Cut low to the ground but not into it, leave the remainder of the mushroom in the ground. They will grow again the following season. Be good to the forest, it'll be good to you.
