Dragon in the Fog (2)

It took one year of studying the shape, texture and pattern of this canvas before taking my burner to it. I started with the Dragon's eye which was a flaw in the canvas, once the eye was in the dragon started to take form. Once the dragon was done his surrounding created itself as my burner worked it's way across the canvas sparking the imagination of fields and forests from days gone by. I did not pre draw or plan I just let it flow into place, that's usually the best way to work with a Dragon.
